A digital marketing specialist with over ten years of experience, Liz manages integrated accounts and leads a team of smart, strategic marketers. She focuses on finding creative solutions to her client’s problems, executing against data-driven digital strategies and building lasting relationships. Liz has worked with a range of brands across a variety of industries — including PUMA, Red Bull, Hasbro, Volvo and Mission Foods.
SVP, Head of Technology
As the head of technology for AMP agency, Matt is responsible for overseeing AMP’s technology roadmap, the development of innovative digital solutions for clients and the team to support it. As a serial entrepreneur and multi-exit founder, Matt has a strong background in digital product and intellectual property development. As such, he is also an integral part of the technology M&A and strategic product development process. Matt comes to AMP through the acquisition of Genome, a company he founded which provides digital transformation and product development support to companies ranging from start-ups to the fortune 100. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, being outdoors and honing his craft as an aspiring luthier.

Nate began his career in entertainment where he spent 24 years at Universal Music Group leading global teams, including marketing, digital, creative, PR, and promotion. After moving back to NY, Nate partnered with Matt Fitz-Henry to build Genome, an award-winning marketing, technology, and digital product company that was acquired by AMP in 2022. The highlight of every day is collaborating with others to produce strategies that will enable business value and growth through innovation.
