Executive Creative Director
Rick has been creating within the digital space for the past 15+ years. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to work on innovative projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, UFC, Paramount Pictures, Netflix, Toyota, Disney, Viacom, PBS, NBC Universal, Ubisoft, ESPN, Lego, GoPro and many more. As a ECD at AMP he is in charge of managing, collaborating, and inspiring our team of creatives to come up with the most engaging digital experiences imaginable.
Director, Experience Strategy
James’ focus is on the intersection of strategy and experience design and how meaningful experiences deepen connections between people and brands. He started his design career at MetaDesign, a global information design and brand experience agency, where he oversaw the experience designs for Center for Marine Conservancy, PalmOS, and FujiXerox. James also worked with the San Francisco Conservation Corps on program design and digital ecosystem planning.
Director of Delivery
Courtnie is a driven leader with 10 years of experience in digital marketing, experience strategy and digital product development. As the Director of Delivery, Courtnie oversees the project management team and delivery output to ensure on-time delivery of scope and quality of work . She has worked with brands such as Hulu, Amazon, Cisco, FX Networks, Primrose Schools, Insomniac, VIZIO, Riot Games, Hasbro, Disney, Alienware, Microsoft, Adobe, and Activision.
