We all used to have heroes. They were astronauts, explorers, athletes, rock stars, and movie stars. But who are the heroes of today? Step up the millennials – they are socially-conscious activists and advocates. For marketers, millennials are difficult to reach and engage through their fragmentation, diversity and corporate skepticism. They’re quick to run from brands and corporations that aren’t genuine or relatable.
