We are Hopelessly Hooked (to Our Phones)

We check our phones 221 times a day. In her book, Reclaiming Conversation, Sherry Turkle presents the case that the communication revolution is degrading the quality of human relationships. But there is hope that we can regain control. We should consciously uni-task, have face-to-face conversations, set limits on ourselves, and demand digital experiences that are based on “time well spent”.

But technology could help us overcome it.
