Offer that kind of range at a price that’s affordable to the average consumer and the potential market for electrics suddenly looks a whole lot bigger. Now, the true significance of the Bolt: An old-school company with immense manufacturing capacity has gotten to the 200-mile, $30K electric vehicle first.
