Introduce college students to Samsonite’s new line of casual bags through an experiential tour that drives awareness and sales

Ideation
The Samsonite Tough Tour - a mobile college tour that focused, quite literally, on the durability and toughness of the Samsonite casual bag product line through various onsite activities
Deployment
The 17 campus Samsonite Tough Tour activation included four core areas for consumer interaction: a customized inflatable obstacle course competition, an armored truck display vehicle, a registration and prize redemption station, and a retail environment
Results
Over 18,000 students attended the tour including over 7,000 active event participants. Additionally, a pre/post brand health survey uncovered significant increases in brand awareness, brand appeal, purchase intent and likelihood to recommend
