The Opportunity
Coming off the heels of a season that saw a decline in game day attendance, the Indians needed to drive brand affinity and loyalty among families with a core focus on youth (teens and tweens)

Parents are looking for activities that will create memories and make the whole family happy
Ideation
AMP created Kids Fun Day, an in-stadium family-friendly ballpark experience
Deployment
Kids Fun Day was executed at each weekend home stand all season long consisting of a number of fan engagements including: a photo both, arts and crafts, gaming and baseball skills activities
Results
During the course of the season, the event was attended by over 39,000 fans, yielding over 234,000 impressions with 80% of surveyed attendees claiming that the event “positively changed my perception of the Indians”
