Sales/Marketing Intern- San Francisco

AMP Agency is a full-service marketing agency that uses audience insights to build highly creative and engaging digital and experiential marketing solutions that drive measurable business results. We are looking to add an inspired Sales/Marketing Intern to our fast-paced, energetic team in the San Francisco, CA office. The Sales/Marketing Intern will play an important role within the organization and will actively provide day-to-day support to other team members.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate some industry knowledge and an eagerness to learn the components of the marketing business.  AMP Agency seeks candidates who are passionate, energetic, collaborative, solutions-oriented, have a bias towards thinking “outside the box,” and consistently demonstrate a strong sense of professional integrity and accountability. Daily intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•     Research trends, outlining/writing industry specific articles, POVs and blog posts
•     Build our prospect list
•     Draft outbound collateral and communications
  • Updating media lists
  • Maintaining and updating a database of media contacts
  • Developing creative ideas to be used for client initiatives
  • Supporting all team members in daily activities

Requirements and skills:

• Proficient on PC and MS Office software;
• Meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and communications skills
• Keen attention to detail

Qualifications: Currently in school and studying for a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or equivalent. AMP Agency offers an internship program in conjunction with University guidelines for credit.
